How do I use it?

Roll it onto the lower belly, then massage it in with your hand for a minute or two. After a shower, when the skin is warm, works well. External use on the skin only.

What exactly is in it?

100% organic castor oil. Ricinus communis seed oil, and nothing else. Cold-pressed rather than heat-extracted, and hexane-free, so no chemical solvent is used to get the oil out of the seed. No fragrance, no preservative, no carrier oil.

Will this help my bloating?

Kastor is cosmetic body care for the skin, not a medicine, so it does not treat bloating.

What Kastor gives you is the routine itself. Warm oil on the lower belly, a slow massage, two quiet minutes at the end of the day. For a medical answer, please speak to a doctor.

Will it stain my clothes or sheets?

Castor oil is thick and slow to absorb, so give it a few minutes before you put a top back on. The roller puts down a thin layer, so there is less oil on the skin than with a soaked cloth.
